15 months!

Sarah is 15 months old! She is so much fun! It seems like she is learning a new word every day. After a two week molar cutting episode, she is back to her happy self. During that time she showed us that she knows how to throw tantrums. Fun! Anyway, here are some things that Sarah is saying and doing
"Hi" She says this and waves and smiles at anyone new she sees. She is quite the charmer when we go shopping
uh-oh
duck
see
wow
ooooooh
lights (she has used them all together in a sort of sentence. She says, "wow, see? ooooooh lights!" She LOVES all the Christmas lights!)
Mom
Daddy
book
Meow
Cat
Dog
woof woof
RAAARRRR
"ho ho ho"
no
Please(She says this over and over when she wants something)
MMMmmmm
Like it
She folds her arms for prayers(not always but we're working on it. She did it unprompted for the sacrament prayer at church!)
She gives hugs, and kisses
still LOVES books
Gets into EVERYTHING
Shows us her nose, belly button, and eyes
She is in the 99% for height, and 93% for weight.
Brings us indescribable happiness

6 posts

6 new posts are up for ye.

Santa!

Sarah's first encounter with Santa was at the Quilted Bear this last Saturday. They had live reindeer (Comet and Cupid). I think that was her favorite part. She was a little overly excited to see them and bumped her head into the corral bar. She said, "woof woof" as soon as she saw them.

Sarah with Nana

She was a little shy at first, but did great!
All together now!

Glitter

Sarah gets into a lot of things these days. Not excluding my glitter. Mmmm yum!

"Ho Ho Ho"

Sarah rubs her belly and says "ho ho ho" when we ask her what Santa Claus says. This is the best I could get of it. haha.

Temple Square Lights

We went to Temple Square with my family on the Saturday after Thanksgiving. It was fun, but very crowded. My favorite part was the nativity, and seeing the Cristus in the visitor's center. It's so nice to be reminded of the real reason we celebrate Christmas. The gospel is true!

The big red tree is always my favorite

Thanksgiving race

I did a Thanksgiving race with my sisters-in-law on Thanksgiving morning, and I LOVED it! I love doing something active in the morning on holidays. It was the 4 mile turkey run in Orem.
4 miles!
40 minutes
45 seconds
(I know, not that great of time, but it was a good time for me!)

Christmas Tree Cuttin'

One of my favorite traditions is going to the mountains to cut down our Christmas tree every year. We usually go to Heber, but this year we tried out Fillmore, since this is where my brother's family moved this year. I think this year's tree is one of our favorites! We had a great time! Sarah had a hard time walking in her snow boots, in the snow, but she still had a good time!
