Mary Poppins at Hale (July 5th 2014)

We went to Hale Centre Theater on July 5th with Amy, and it was super awesome! If you've never been to Hale Centre Theater, I recommend it!  It was such a fun, well done show!

July 4th 2014

We went to the Murray Parade in the morning, and then we went to Nana and Papa's for a BBQ, then we went to Riverton Fun Days and the kids did a hay bale dive.  They got so much stuff!  Then we headed to Grandma and Grandpa's for a BBQ.  Then we watched the fireworks in Murray Park.  We had such a busy, fun-filled day!  We love our country, and the freedoms that we have, and we are grateful for the people who have fought for those freedoms!

BYU stuffed Animal Museum (June 13th 2014)

When my sister Amy and her kids were in town, we went to the stuffed animal museum at BYU.  It was really neat, and FREE!!

Silk Works (June 2014)

 Candy
 King Chow

My parents raised 2000 silk worms, so they let us have two worms.  My girls loved feeding them, and watching them grow, and change.  They named them King Chow (Sarah's) and Candy (Charlottes's).  They also really loved going to Grandma and Grandpa's a lot and seeing their worms grow and change also.  They were a lot of work for my parents.  They had to be fed every 4 hours, all day.  We had to worm sit for them while they went on the overnighter with the Young Women, and I was glad when they were back. :)

Sarah's Spring Concert 2014 (June 10th 2014)

Sarah's concert was Dr. Suess themed.  She got to dance in two dances "A Great Day for Up" and "My Many Colored Days"  She did a great job!

Home Depot Kids Workshop (June 7th 2014)

We went to the Home Depot Kids workshop, and built mini lawn mowers.  Our kids loved doing this!

Sarah's First Lost Tooth! (June 7th 2014)

Sarah lost her first tooth on June 7th 2014!  It had been wiggly for a few days, and we told her she could get it out if she just pulled it real fast and hard, and she did just that!  I was a little sad to see her first tooth that she ever got as a baby, out of her precious little mouth.  Oh well, I guess kids have to grow up sometime.

Sarah's Million Dollar Idea (June 2nd 2014)

Sarah likes to come up with her own inventions sometimes.  This is just one of many.  This is a paper towel that she taped to her arm so she can wipe her mouth without getting her sleeve dirty, and without having to pick up a paper towel!  This idea is for sale for $1,000,000.00

Hidden Falls Hike (May 26th 2014)

We went on a hike with Jason and Amy's family and Grandma and Grandpa to hidden falls.  Charlotte did really really well, and hiked the whole way.  She was especially content when she was holding a roly poly in each hand.  As long as she had a bug, she was a happy hiker!  Charlotte just started LOVING bugs.  We discovered this on our Memorial Day campout the weekend before.  We gave her a bug box to catch bugs, and that is what she did almost the whole weekend.
